At this time I do not give refunds. I am more than happy to exchange any product that you are unhappy with if you contact me within one week of receiving it. I know that I am not perfect and it is very possible for me to make a mistake from time to time. I am more than willing to fix this at no extra cost to you. If there is an error on my part I will pay you through paypal for the shipping to send it back to me. If it is just something you want changed and not my error, then you will need to pay for the shipping to send it back to me. There will be a $10 fee for the alteration.
